Spring

My last card for this morning is for the Stamp Something Fri challenge. Make something that reminds you of Spring. I used my spring paper from JoAnn's, one of my inkadinkado stamps, a square punch and some ribbon. Have to go, everyone have a great day. Janet

Spring Birds

Morning everyone, I made three cards last night and will try to get them on here before I have to leave for work. The first one is for the Sweet Shop Sat. sketch with a twist challenge. The twist was adding flowers. I used my new bird stamps from Inkadinkado, two different punches, some left over scraps of paper I made last week, silk flowers and brads. This gate fold card if my entry in the Paper Craft Planets Sat. color challenge. I used two different edge punches, a hand held heart punch and my cuttlebug embossing folder to make the card. The stamp is from Micheals. Enjoy, Janet

Birthday fairies

First card tonight is for the Etsyinspired Sat. challenge to use fairies, gnomes or bee's . I made a gate fold card with heat embossed tulips on the front with fairy stickers for my Happy Birthday message and tucked into the flowers. I bought the stickers at the $ Tree a while back. Tigers

My final card for now, again this is for one of my swap groups using the animal stickers. I love the way they change when you move the card. Hard to show that in a scan though. This is also my entry in the Crazy 4 Challenges contest for this week. We had to use a little red on the card. I chose to mat my cream colored textured paper on red velum. I added a large cream bow and the three tiger stickers. Thanks again for stopping by. Janet

Rejoice

Another card for a swap, for this one I used the sketch challenge on Midnight Madness. This was a fun card to make I used three different cuttlebug embossing folders for the different papers. They were all matted with black and the Rejoice and ribbon are also in black. The cross is in a light lavender to make my pastel card complete. Thanks for stopping by, Janet

Birthday Bears

Another card for a swap exchange, I used some stickers I bought someplace ??? can't remember where but think it was probably the $ Tree. They change when you move the card. I used papers from JoAnn's, versa mark for the Birthday greeting and a small piece of ribbon to complete the cards. The sketch is this weeks Sketch and Stash challenge. Enjoy, Janet

God So Loved the World

I made this card a couple of days ago for one of my monthly group swaps and for the Sunday Challenge on Stamping Sisters in Christ and the Little Paper Shop challenge to use some distressing. The stamp is a new one I bought at JoAnn's, I used colored pencils and a little bit of glitter in the centers of the lilies. I inked all of the edges of the papers to give a distressed look and heat embossed the message on the bottom to finish up the card. Hope you are all have had a good week. I am working for a few weeks and am really slow keeping up with my cards. Been getting some made just not getting them posted here. Will try to find more time during the week so you don't get everything on Sat. Enjoy, Janet

Life

My last card for tonight is for the Cardpostioning system Sunday sketch challenge. The colors I chose are for a challeng on one of my swap groups, I used my Making memoring corner rounder and an EK Success edge punch on my mats. The first two mats were embossed with different cuttlebug embossing folders. The top piece was stamped with a new verse stamp I found at Hobby Lobby when we were on vacation, I finished the card off with three silk flowers with gems glued to their centers. My third card tonight is for the Etsyinspired Sat. challenge. I decided to use the bold black flowers for my inspiration. The center image is embossed in a flat black embossing powder. I Used the last piece of my crayon background paper, some black ribbon and a heart dangle to complete the card. Thanks for stopping bye, Janet

Happy Birthday

Here is my entry in the Sweet Shop Sat. sketch challenge. I used one of my nestibilities die cuts for the half circle and embossed it with a cuttlebug embossing folder. The center image is another piece of my hand made crayon paper, matted on dk green with green gems in the corners. The whole piece is matted on a glittery gray cardstock from JoAnn's and I have attached a green ribbon to the bottom and stamped Happy Birthday to the top of the card in green.
