Santa

This is my AiFactory Tues challenge. We were to use one of their digi stamps and someone elses sketch. My sketch is the Papercraft Planet Sat. sketch challenge. I had lots of fun with this digi, used colored pencils, gel pens, embossing powder to make the image sparkle. It is matted on green snowflake embosse cardstock (cuttlebug embossing folder) and everything is mounted on my red base cardstock. I use red ribbon for the tie at the top of the card. Hope you all enjoy this card. Janet

Play

This was a fun card to make, it is entered in two challenges, Unscripted Sketches Sat. Challenge and Stamp TV's Monday color challenge. I chose orange shades for my monocromatic color challenge. I used one of my cuttlebug embossing folders for the background behind my cute little girl on the bike. I received this image in a swap with one of the ladies on my Just Cards swap group. Isn't she cute riding her bike off to play. I used colored pencils and a blending pen to color my image. This is the last card for tonight, time for bed. Catch everyone tomorrow evening.
Remember the end of the month is getting close so get signed up for my BLOG CANDY. Janet

Pansy faces

This is my entry in the Digi Kitty challenge for this week. We were to use something from nature. I used some of my dried pansy's for the focal point of my card. Very simple card using cardstock and print paper from JoAnn's. Dried flowers are covered with clear Laminate so that they will not be broken up. Makes a nice all purpose card. Enjoy, Janet

Our Lives

Another night a few more cards :). My entry in the Card Positioning system and for the color of the week card on Just Cards. I used Chartruese, Maroon, and Egg Plant for my colors, tiny bit of Golden Rod in the trim on the verse. I used the cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder on my Maroon paper and matted the verse with the Egg Plant, base card is the Chartruese. The verse is a recycled card. Happy crafting, Janet

Rose

This is my final card for tonight. It is my entry in the Card Patterns Fri. sketch challenge. I cut my two large circles with my marvy punch and then embossed them with the cuttlebug embossing folder. I cut the blue circle in half and taped to the card. I put a white smaller circle in the center of the striped circle and then put a scalloped circle cut from an old card in the center of that. This was fastened to the middle of the card. I used gel pens and clear embossing powder to add demension to the flower. The verse on the bottom is from a $1 stamp set I bought at Micheal's and I finished the card with flower gems in the top corner. The inside has a nice Birthday verse. Happy crafting and good night, Janet
